Hello! Thank you for checking out this page! My name is Yiannnis Papadopoulos and I’m a multi-awarded session guitarist. I’ve been the lead guitarist for Scott Stapp (the voice of Creed) from 2015 until their recent reunion in 2024. I’m looking for a band to commit, tour & rule the stages together. I’m reaching out to let you know that I’m available for hire! I am mainly interested in working with rock/metal bands & artists (I believe my branding is a great fit) but I am open to other collaborations as well.

  1. I am an experienced touring musician -I’ve performed in the USA- across all states, Canada, Mexico, South America (Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador) , E.U., South Africa. 
  2. I am properly equipped for traveling/touring/flying in a budget-friendly way, without compromising the quality of the gear and instruments I carry with me. 
  3. I understand the pressure, the timelines, and how to manage them. I have performed in various settings (clubs, stadiums, arenas, headlined festivals, made national TV appearances, and performed with orchestras).
  4. I know how to engage with fans in a friendly yet professional manner in order not only to promote but also protect the band/artist’s interests and image at the same time.
  5. I can assist in many different ways in a studio setting-composing, recording, orchestrating, etc. I have degrees in classical guitar, theory, harmony, counterpoint, and a Master’s degree in music (MMus).
  6. I am officially endorsed by some of the biggest companies in the industry -Jackson Guitars, Dunlop guitar picks, Fractal Audio, 64 Audio IEM, D’Addario Strings, Spectraflex Cables, Peterson Tuners, Taylor Guitars, Seymour Duncan Pickups, Gruv Gear and more.

Personal info: I am highly motivated and determined, with a positive attitude & professional manners. I am friendly and easygoing with great communication & organizational skills. Lastly, I am sober & I don’t do drugs, I have a Clean Criminal record, a valid passport & I speak English and Greek fluently. Currently, I am located in the EU (Athens, Greece).
